I’m a certified wellness coach, speaker, and a mentor for coaches.

I’m here to help you build and grow a flourishing and resilient coaching practice, as we navigate this new age of AI.

My passions cover holistic wellness, AI resilience, personal development, spiritual growth, and mentorship.

When I’m not connecting with my coaching clients and colleagues, I also love singing worship music, learning about AI ethics, hosting retreats, practicing restorative movement, and spending time in nature with my family.

Originally from San Diego, I now live in Austin with my techie and artistic husband, our two musical sons, and our spoiled husky pup.
