My graceful sister, I’m glad you’re here. I’m Khristine Tolentino, your Catholic coach and spiritual director.

I offer nourishing online coaching, workshops, courses, and retreats to support your longing for connection and cultivation in your spiritual life as a Catholic woman.

Here, you’ll find support and resources for your discernment, charisms, and spiritual business foundations - all centered in our Catholic faith.

History

After being in practice as a secular health and wellness coach for four years, I was moved by the Holy Spirit in 2018 to dedicate my career and build a ministry as a Catholic coach and speaker.

Instead of talking about holistic nutrition and sharing green smoothie recipes, now I primarily (and thankfully!) focus on talking, writing, and singing about the greatness of God.

Rooted

To share my love and enthusiasm for our beautiful Catholic faith, I love hosting novena prayer groups, soul-care retreats, and networking events for Catholic mothers, coaches, spiritual directors, and creatives.

I’m originally from San Diego, but I’m very glad to now live in Austin, Texas where I’m blessed to enjoy a slow, simple, and conservative faithful life with my prayerful, artistic, and techie husband, our two creative sons, and our spoiled, forever-baby husky pup.

Together, we love living liturgically, going on pilgrimages, visiting saints’ relics, praying at Adoration, and growing our faith together as a traditional Catholic family.

Mission

Inspired by Mother Mary’s fiat - I feel deeply called to build and grow a women’s formation ministry and creative platform rooted in our Catholic faith, and help other Catholic women do the same.

Ultimately, my spiritual mission is to help grow and support a global community of Catholic women where together, we can nurture and share our charisms so that we can glorify God, serve His kingdom, and be faithful in our vocation.
