I’m glad you’re here. I’m Khristine Tolentino - I'm a Catholic wife, mama, spiritual director, speaker, and coach.

After being in practice as a secular health and wellness coach for four years, I was moved by the Holy Spirit in 2018 to fully dedicate my career and build a ministry as a Catholic spiritual director and spiritual life coach.

Instead of sharing green smoothie recipes and teaching holistic wellness philosophies, now I primarily (and thankfully!) focus on talking, writing, and singing about the greatness of God.

Rooted

To share my love and enthusiasm for our beautiful Catholic faith, I love hosting novena prayer groups, online retreats, and community-building events for Catholic women.

Originally from San Diego, I’m very happy to now live in Austin, Texas where I get to enjoy a slow, simple, and conservative faith-centered life with my artistic and techie husband, our two creative sons, and our spoiled, forever-baby husky.

Together, we love living liturgically, creating spiritual content, traveling on pilgrimages, visiting saints’ relics on tour, going to Adoration, and learning together as a traditional Catholic homeschooling family.
