Magnificat Coaching offers personalized, one-on-one Catholic coaching to help you work through my downloadable workbooks and guides, explore your reflections, and apply what you've learned to your unique life, goals, and calling as a Catholic woman.
Before enrolling in Magnificat Coaching, please take a moment to review below all the coaching details, payment options, and policies so you know what to expect and can begin our coaching journey with confidence and peace of mind.
What happens during our coaching sessions?
Each session is personalized to your needs, questions, and goals. Together, we'll review your workbook responses, explore your insights, work through challenges, and identify practical next steps. You'll have dedicated time to ask questions and receive individualized guidance rooted in your Catholic faith.
How long is the coaching program?
Magnificat Coaching includes 4 private sessions, each lasting up to 60 minutes, scheduled over 4 weeks. This gives us time to work through your materials together and help you make meaningful progress at a pace that works for you.
Do I need to complete the workbook before starting?
Yes! Magnificat Coaching is designed for women who have already downloaded and begun working through my workbooks or guides. You don't need to have every answer figured out or every exercise completed. Bring your reflections, questions, and areas where you'd like additional clarity, and we'll work through them together.
How do we schedule our sessions?
After enrolling, you'll receive instructions for scheduling your sessions through my website calendar system. Sessions take place virtually over Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.
Are coaching sessions recorded?
Your privacy and comfort are important to me. Magnificat Coaching is designed to be a personal, supportive space where you can openly share your reflections, ask questions, and explore your goals in light of your Catholic faith.
For this reason, our coaching sessions are not recorded. This allows us to focus fully on our conversation while honoring the confidentiality and personal nature of your coaching experience.
You are welcome to take notes during our sessions so you can revisit the insights, reflections, and next steps we discuss together. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and better equipped to put what you've learned into practice.
What support is available between sessions?
Your coaching journey doesn't have to stop when our session ends! Throughout your four-session with the Magnificat Coaching program, you're welcome to email me with brief questions about the workbook exercises, reflections, or action steps we've discussed together.
I'll respond within two business days, Monday through Friday. You're also welcome to share a brief progress update or let me know what you'd like to explore in our next session.
Questions that require more in-depth reflection or personalized coaching will be addressed during our scheduled sessions, where we can give them the time and attention they deserve.
Additional coaching sessions or extensive review of written materials are not included in the program and may be arranged for an additional fee.
My goal is to support you as you put what you've learned into practice while helping you grow in confidence, clarity, and trust in your own discernment.

Is Magnificat Coaching spiritual direction or therapy?
Magnificat Coaching is a personalized coaching service that respects and incorporates your Catholic faith. It provides support for reflection, goal-setting, personal growth, and discerning practical next steps. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or sacramental guidance. Coaching with Khristine Tolentino does not guarantee particular spiritual or business outcomes.
How much does Magnificat Coaching cost?
Your personal growth and discernment deserve thoughtful support. Magnificat Coaching is a personalized, four-session Catholic coaching experience designed to help you work through my workbooks and guides, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
Choose the payment option that works best for you:
Pay in Full
Invest in your complete four-session coaching series with one payment of $200 at enrollment.
Two-Installment Plan
Prefer to spread out your investment? You can pay in two installments of $200 each. Your first payment is due at enrollment, and your second payment is due before your third coaching session.
A Few Important Details
Payment is required to reserve your place in Magnificat Coaching.
Your enrollment covers all four private coaching sessions.
By selecting the installment plan, you agree to complete both payments according to the schedule above.
Please review the coaching cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies before enrolling.
What is your rescheduling, cancelling, and refund policy?
I understand that circumstances can change, and I want you to feel confident and informed before beginning Magnificat Coaching. Please review the following policies before enrolling.
Rescheduling an individual session
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. I will do my best to find another mutually convenient time, subject to availability.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be rescheduled, except in emergencies or at my discretion.
All four sessions must be completed within four weeks of your first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If I need to reschedule
If I need to reschedule a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange a replacement time that works for both of us.
Canceling your coaching program
If you decide to withdraw from Magnificat Coaching after enrolling, please notify me in writing by email. Because your enrollment reserves time for personalized coaching, all payments are nonrefundable once enrollment is complete, except where a refund is required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.
If you select the two-installment payment plan, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments under the agreed payment schedule, subject to applicable law and any cancellation rights that may apply.
If I am unable to complete your coaching program, I will arrange a reasonable alternative or refund the portion of the program that has not been delivered
If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel a scheduled session, I will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a replacement session at a mutually convenient time.
If I am unable to complete the coaching program, you will receive a refund for any portion of the program that has not been delivered.

Step 5: Prepare for our first session
Bring your completed workbook, downloaded guides, reflections, and any questions you'd like to explore. You don't need to have everything figured out! We'll work through the material together, connect your insights, and identify practical next steps tailored to your unique circumstances and goals.
