Road to Damascus: Converting with St. Paul Day 4

Sharing what sparked my conversion from secular to Catholic coaching

Yesterday for the third day of our series, I admitted how I first rejected and denied my Catholic faith when I presented my coaching offerings on social media.

Now here’s how my conversion to becoming a clearly and publicly Catholic content creator began.

I want to share with you what I wrote in my coaching journal, back in 2018:

Creating content that’s intentionally not faith-driven, with no mention of Christ in my coaching, just… feels… wrong.

I feel incomplete, aimless, and frankly, dishonest.

Because the full undisclosed truth is this:

In my heart, I really don’t want to be a secular coach, and in my spirit, I sense that God doesn’t want me to be, either.

I only considered secular coaching because it seemed more profitable, and it seemed like the “right business approach”.

I wonder though, “What if I stopped worrying about making the right business moves and instead made my next move with a spiritual approach?”

What if instead of thinking about what’s economically fruitful, I think about what’s spiritually fruitful for my coaching practice?

The Holy Spirit tells me, you already know what you have to do.

Now, whether or not my coaching practice will be successful in the usual metrics as a Catholic coach, God only knows.

What I know for sure is what I’m undeniably being called to do - to relaunch my coaching practice with a clear and strong identity as a Catholic coach for Catholic women.

Let this be the first day my coaching conversion begins.

Even if I only have my trust in Him, and my trust in the Truth, this is all I need.

“For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth.” 2 Corinthians 13:8
